Faux oil-wax leather on the outside and flannelette on the inside is a smarter material combination than it might seem, because you get the leather look and easy-to-wipe exterior with a softer lining that makes the chair more comfortable to sit in for longer periods. The detachable construction means cleaning does not require disassembling the entire chair, which is a real practical advantage over time. Classic black and warm brown are both finishes that age well and do not go out of style. The footrest option rounds it out into a proper reclining setup.

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Wipe the faux leather exterior with a slightly damp cloth for routine maintenance. Condition periodically with a leather-safe conditioner. Clean the flannelette lining gently when detached, following the care label instructions.
