It ships as an unframed canvas with a small white border left around the edge unless a mirrored edge is requested instead. Because the image is custom, the finished piece is unique to whatever photo is submitted, unlike stock canvas prints sold in bulk. It is aimed specifically at gifts or personalized decor, since the customer supplies the actual image being printed.

Glass and stone accents where applicable are tempered.
Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or prolonged moisture. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. For metal frames, dry immediately if exposed to water.
All hardware and assembly instructions are included. Typical assembly time is 30–60 minutes. Decorative accessories, chairs, and other staged items shown in product photos are not included.
