The firm straw surface supports kneeling weight better than a soft fabric cushion would over a long seated session. Its round shape and flat profile keep the knees and legs level without the cushion compressing unevenly. It suits a dedicated tea or tatami room rather than general chair use.
Made from natural woven fiber. Small variations in tone and texture are normal from piece to piece.
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry fully before use. Avoid soaking or machine washing.
