What's included in Nora Members?
20% off every eligible product year round, sale items included, free design support (3D renders of your room plus a layout plan), email guidance until your project is done, early access to sales and launches, member only products and bundles, and a priority inbox with replies within 1 business day, usually same day.
How does billing work?
Membership is $250 every 6 months (about $41.66 a month). It renews automatically every 6 months until you cancel. Your benefits stay active for the full period you've paid for.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel online anytime and your membership stays active until the end of your current 6 month period. To stop the next renewal, cancel before your renewal date. Once a renewal has been charged you can still cancel, but that charge isn't refunded.
What's the 30 day money back guarantee?
If membership isn't for you, ask for a refund within the first 30 days of joining and we'll refund the full $250. The guarantee only applies in those first 30 days, and only if you haven't received any items ordered at member pricing or a finished design. After that you can still cancel anytime, but the fee isn't refunded.
Does member pricing stack with sales?
Yes. Items already marked down get your 20% member discount on top of the sale price. Member pricing doesn't combine with other discount codes. If you enter one, you'll automatically get whichever saves you more.
How do I get my member price?
Log in to your Nora account. Member pricing applies automatically in your cart and at checkout. No code needed.
What design support is included?
Up to 4 rooms per membership period, up to 2 design concepts per room, and up to 3 revisions per room. You'll get realistic 3D renders of your actual room styled with Nora pieces, a layout plan with sizes and placement, and a shoppable list with your member prices. First concepts arrive within 5 business days. Credits reset every 6 months.
How do I request a design?
Go to My Membership and choose Start a design request. Upload 2 to 4 photos of your room, rough dimensions and your style, and we'll take it from there.
Who is membership best for?
Anyone furnishing more than one room: moving into a new home, in the middle of a renovation, redoing a space, or staging and furnishing rentals. It's also useful for designers and stagers who order regularly. If you plan to spend $1,250 or more in the next 6 months, it pays for itself.
Is my membership transferable?
No. It's tied to your Nora account and email and can't be shared or transferred.
What happens if I cancel after receiving my items?
Your membership can be cancelled, but the fee isn't refunded. Your benefits stay active until the end of your current billing period.
