Glass and stone accents where applicable are tempered.
Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or prolonged moisture. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. For metal frames, dry immediately if exposed to water.

If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, returning it costs you nothing. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box, and we cover the return in full.
Fragile pieces are packed individually with extra protection. Crystal, glass and stone take an extra day of handling so they travel safely.
Free shipping on all US orders, no minimum required. Delivery is typically 6 to 9 business days: 1 to 2 business days to prepare your order, then 5 to 7 business days in transit. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
30 day returns from the day it is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If you simply change your mind, the return shipping is yours.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?

Review of LED Spiral Dimmable Table Lamp
I love the lamp it's very cute.. if it worked..:( it came completely smashed the box was so destroyed and the base of the lamp is crushed and dented so it doesn't work or stand up wont turn of and it falls over because the base is so warped:( it would be cute tho I just got a destroyed one. I hope I can get a refund or credit to get a different one:/
