Care
- Wipe the solar panel clean with a soft, damp cloth so it keeps charging properly, and dry immediately.
- Clear snow and leaves off the top through winter.
In the box
- One post cap light is included in the finish and light option you select, in white or black, with warm white, cool white or a color changing version.
- It fits standard 4 by 4 inch posts and a mounting bracket is included for larger posts, so measure the post top before ordering.
Light and power
- The housing is weatherproof ABS with a polycarbonate lens and a solar panel in the top, rated IP65.
- There is no wiring and no switch: the panel charges an internal rechargeable battery through the day and the light comes on by itself in the evening, which is what lets a whole deck rail or fence run be lit with no power anywhere near it.
Good to know
- Seat the cap on the post and fix it down so wind cannot lift it.
- Site it where the panel gets several hours of direct daylight and wipe the panel clean when it dulls.
- Decorative accessories and items shown in product photos are not included with purchase.
If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, returning it costs you nothing. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box, and we cover the return in full.
Fragile pieces are packed individually with extra protection. Crystal, glass and stone take an extra day of handling so they travel safely.

30 day returns from the day it is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If you simply change your mind, the return shipping is yours.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
