If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, returning it costs you nothing. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box, and we cover the return in full.
Fragile pieces are packed individually with extra protection. Crystal, glass and stone take an extra day of handling so they travel safely.
Free shipping on all US orders, no minimum required. Delivery is typically 6 to 9 business days: 1 to 2 business days to prepare your order, then 5 to 7 business days in transit. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
30 day returns from the day it is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If you simply change your mind, the return shipping is yours.

Review of Modern Bud Pendant Light
I will write down points that might be of interest to Japan. The cord on the ceiling mounting side is left uncut, but you can prepare a hook sealing cap or duct rail plug separately and connect it yourself if needed. I don't think it's difficult because you just need to strip the insulation from the two wires and secure them with screws. The socket standard is E27, but I was able to install the E26 LED bulb I had on hand. The paint on the lighting shade is beautiful and has a good texture. The lower shade has a screw-in structure to the nut, unlike the original product. In the unit I received, this mounting nut is welded off-center from the center line, causing the lower shade to tilt slightly when installed. I cut off part of the nut's mounting arm and bent it on a bench to force it straight. The shade color was gray, but the code was white. There were some issues, but considering the price, I am quite satisfied with the content.

Product as in the picture but the wire is not the same color. It has a small defect on top but probably will not be visible. Overall ok.

Looks good the pink color is not the same but its alright. They shoved it in the mailbox so i struggled to take it out but its not their fault.

Ordered two lamps. One is scratched, the other in perfect condition. Quality is very good. The cable from the lamps is red, not burgundy, and will need to be changed. Truly promising!
