Materials vary by product and are listed in the product description above. Common materials across this collection include solid wood, engineered wood (MDF, plywood, eco-board), metal frames (carbon steel, iron, stainless steel), and surface finishes in lacquer, laminate, or natural oil. Glass and stone accents where applicable are tempered.
Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or prolonged moisture. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. For metal frames, dry immediately if exposed to water.

If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, returning it costs you nothing. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box, and we cover the return in full.
Fragile pieces are packed individually with extra protection. Crystal, glass and stone take an extra day of handling so they travel safely.
Free shipping on all US orders, no minimum required. Delivery is typically 6 to 9 business days: 1 to 2 business days to prepare your order, then 5 to 7 business days in transit. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
30 day returns from the day it is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If you simply change your mind, the return shipping is yours.

We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Review of Telescopic Adjustable Floor Lamp
Everything is as described. The bottom part is quite heavy, so the lamp will stand firmly. Three light modes: white, yellow, and with a blue tint (cool). I used USB to work during critical moments without electricity, from a power bank. I liked this lamp.
