The solar panel and rechargeable battery are built in, so there is no wiring to run and no batteries to buy.
It charges through the day and comes on by itself at dusk.
Charge it in full sun for a full day before the first night, then wipe the panel every few months.

Setup

Hang it from a branch, a shepherd hook or a bracket where the panel on top gets direct sun for most of the day, since shade is the usual reason a solar light runs for only an hour or two.

Each is 7.08 inches tall and 4 inches across, and the hanging hook adds another 6.3 inches.

Verified Buyer

There is 1 lamp that turns on briefly and then goes off again. I suspect the dusk sensor switch is defective. I sent this message but it only responds with a standard text message with 4 options. I can't select that a defective item was sent.
