Light and power

There is no wiring and no batteries to buy.
Charge it in full sun for a full day before the first night.
It switches on at dusk on its own after that.
Wipe the panel clean every few months, as dust costs more charge than cloudy weather does.

Good to know

Fix the panel to a wall, a fence or a post where it gets several hours of direct sun, then run the strand out from it.
Unwind the strand fully before hanging rather than working from the coil, since fine wire kinks permanently, and fix it with clips rather than staples.
The longer options cover a lot of ground, so plan the route and measure before ordering rather than guessing.
Decorative accessories and items shown in product photos are not included with purchase.

Shipping & Returns

If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, returning it costs you nothing. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box, and we cover the return in full.

Fragile pieces are packed individually with extra protection. Crystal, glass and stone take an extra day of handling so they travel safely.

Do I need an electrician?

Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
