Light and power

There is no wiring and no batteries to buy.
Charge it in full sun for a day before the first night.
The LEDs sit inside a flexible rope rather than on a bare wire, so the strand holds a curve when you shape it around a railing, a doorway or a tree trunk instead of sagging between fixings.
Wipe the panel clean every few months, since dust costs more charge than cloud does.

Setup

Push the stake into soft ground or fix the panel where it gets several hours of direct sun, using the lead wire to site the panel away from where the lights run.

They really last all night. At first it's a bit difficult to adjust the setting, the button is very sensitive, but once you get the hang of it, it stays in the correct mode. I like it, I'll order more.
