Materials vary by product and are listed in the product description above. Common materials across this collection include solid wood, engineered wood (MDF, plywood, eco-board), metal frames (carbon steel, iron, stainless steel), and surface finishes in lacquer, laminate, or natural oil. Glass and stone accents where applicable are tempered.
Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or prolonged moisture. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. For metal frames, dry immediately if exposed to water.

If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, returning it costs you nothing. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box, and we cover the return in full.
Fragile pieces are packed individually with extra protection. Crystal, glass and stone take an extra day of handling so they travel safely.
Free shipping on all US orders, no minimum required. Delivery is typically 6 to 9 business days: 1 to 2 business days to prepare your order, then 5 to 7 business days in transit. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
30 day returns from the day it is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If you simply change your mind, the return shipping is yours.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

perfect lighting, we appreciate the different brightness settings, quite easy to set up, only complaint is that the batteries for the remote control are not included, which is a shame considering the price of the product.

Review of Nordic Multi Head LED Ceiling Light
Excelent value for the price. Time consuming and a bit fiddly to assemble, read instructions carefully. Some are not straightforward. Came with a small key to help securing the nuts. Albeit middle spanner is useless, and adjusting the spans of screws on the cross to match the holes is real pain (why cant be they drilled just where they should be?). Remote control works fine (no reading manual was done) to adjust intensity and temperature. (i have not installed/used the app). I hold breath and good faith the individual led filaments will last.

Product of excellent quality, matches the photographs. It comes super well packaged and the wrapping is taken care of so it doesn't get damaged. It is easily assembled and its connection is also simple. It works perfectly and can be switched from cold light to neutral or warm light, either with the light switch or through the remote control, which also offers the possibility of changing the type of light, dimming, night mode, and more. Enough light for a living room or small room. Totally recommended.
