This coat rack is built from solid walnut wood with five hooks spaced along a single bar, giving a family enough spots to hang jackets, bags, and scarves without hooks competing for space. The wood grain is left visible rather than painted over, so it reads as a small piece of furniture on the wall instead of a plastic fixture. Mounting is a simple wall hang, which makes it a fast fix for the pile of coats that usually ends up on a chair or the floor near the front door.
