About Hospitality Lighting
Hospitality Lighting for Lobbies, Dining Rooms and Suites
This collection gathers the fixtures we would reach for first when lighting a hotel, guest house, restaurant or cafe. It mixes statement chandeliers and pendants for arrival spaces and dining rooms, wall sconces for corridors and stairways, and bedside and table lamps that make a room feel cared for. Most pieces come in more than one size or finish, which makes it easier to keep one look across a whole property.
How to light a hospitality space
- Start with the arrival: A chandelier or a cluster of pendants over reception gives guests a focal point and sets the mood for the rest of the building.
- Keep the color warm: Light around 2700K to 3000K flatters skin, wood and fabric, and feels relaxed in dining rooms and guest rooms.
- Light at eye level: Sconces and lamps put light where people sit and talk, so a room feels close even with tall ceilings.
- Plan for dimming: Breakfast and dinner need different light. Dimmable fixtures let one room do both.
Choosing pieces for busy spaces
Hospitality lighting works hard. Look for fixtures that are easy to wipe down, shades that do not trap dust and finishes that hide fingerprints, such as matte black, brushed brass and bronze. In guest rooms, a reading light on each side of the bed lets guests set their own light without disturbing each other, and a lamp on the desk keeps the room useful after dark.
Ordering for a project: Every fixture here can be quoted in larger quantities, and many can be made in another size or finish. There is no minimum order, quotes are free, and shipping is free anywhere in the United States.
