Materials
- Made from aluminum alloy with metal hardware.
- The disc backplate and stem detailing are matte black and the shade and stem are brushed gold.
- Slight variation in color and finish between units is normal.
Care
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
- Dry the aluminum immediately if it gets damp so the finish is not marked, and avoid abrasive cleaners on the brushed gold.
- Switch the power off at the wall and let the fixture cool before you clean it or adjust the head.

About this piece
How is it installed and wired?
It is hardwired to a standard 110V wall box behind the black disc and runs from your existing wall switch. There is no cord and no plug, so plan the box height before the wall is finished. Turn the power off at the breaker before wiring.
Where does it work best?
Beside a bed at shoulder height when you are sitting up, beside a reading chair, or in pairs along a hallway. It also works flanking a mirror, since the head can be turned up to bounce light off the ceiling instead of into your eyes.
What color is the light and can I change the bulb?
It is a fixed warm white 3000K LED with high color rendering, so colors look true and the tone stays soft. The LED is integrated, which means there is no bulb to buy and no socket to replace.

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
