No. You can ask for a single custom piece or the lighting for a whole building. Larger lists simply get a quote that reflects the volume.
How is volume pricing worked out?
It depends on the pieces, the quantities and any changes you want. We price the full list together and show it clearly in your quote. There is no fixed discount table.
Can I return items from a project order?
Standard pieces from our range follow our usual return policy. Custom and made to order pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. Anything that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced or refunded.
How do I pay?
Asking for a quote costs nothing. When you are happy with it, we send a secure Shopify invoice and you pay online. Your order goes into production after payment.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free anywhere in the United States. Larger orders can arrive in more than one box, and your quote explains how the order will ship.
