    Are your outdoor lights weatherproof?

    Our outdoor fixtures list their weather rating on each product page. Tell us where each light will go and we will confirm the rating in your quote.

    Can you mix solar and wired lights?

    Yes. Many projects use wired lights near the house and solar lights along far paths and fences. We will suggest what suits each area.

    How long does it take?

    We reply to every request within 2 business days. Once you approve the quote, production and delivery usually take 4 to 7 weeks. Your quote shows the timing for your exact order.

    Can I return a custom or made to order piece?

    Custom and made to order pieces are built for your order, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we replace it or refund it. Email photos to info@norafurnish.com as soon as you can and we will put it right.
