Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
How big is it?
It measures 51.97 inches across and 19.69 inches high, and weighs 15.43 lb. That generous span suits living rooms, larger bedrooms and dining areas where a small fan would look lost.
Coffee or white?
Coffee brings out the natural, tropical character of the palm frond blades and suits wood and rattan. White feels lighter and fresher against a pale ceiling, which suits coastal and modern rooms.
Does it need an electrician?
Yes. It is wired in, so an electrician should install it on a ceiling box suitable for a fan, with the power turned off at the breaker. All mounting hardware and instructions are included.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
Can I order it in another size or finish?
Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.
How do I reach you?
Email info@norafurnish.com. The team works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), and replies within 1 to 2 business days.

Customer Reviews
QHow big is it?
NORA FURNISH
It measures 51.97 inches across and 19.69 inches high, and weighs 15.43 lb. That generous span suits living rooms, larger bedrooms and dining areas where a small fan would look lost.
QCoffee or white?
NORA FURNISH
Coffee brings out the natural, tropical character of the palm frond blades and suits wood and rattan. White feels lighter and fresher against a pale ceiling, which suits coastal and modern rooms.
QDoes it need an electrician?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. It is wired in, so an electrician should install it on a ceiling box suitable for a fan, with the power turned off at the breaker. All mounting hardware and instructions are included.
QWhat is it made of?
NORA FURNISH
It is made from iron and wood, in coffee or white. Slight variation in color and finish between units is normal on this kind of fixture, so it may look a little different in person.
QWhat comes in the box?
NORA FURNISH
One ceiling fan in the color you select, with all required mounting hardware and instructions. Decorative accessories and items shown in product photos are not included.
QHow heavy is it?
NORA FURNISH
It weighs 15.43 lb, so it should be fixed to a ceiling box suitable for a fan. An electrician should make the connection with the power off at the breaker.
QWill it fit a low ceiling?
NORA FURNISH
It is 19.69 inches high, so it suits rooms with enough height for the blades to sit well above head height. For a low ceiling, a slimmer, flush fan is a better fit.
QWhich rooms suit it best?
NORA FURNISH
Living rooms, larger bedrooms, sunrooms and dining areas, where its 51.97 inch span sits in proportion with the ceiling and becomes a natural focal point.
QWhat style does it suit?
NORA FURNISH
It suits tropical, coastal, bohemian and Japandi inspired rooms especially well, where the palm frond blades echo rattan, linen, timber and a room full of leafy plants.
QHow much space does it need around it?
NORA FURNISH
Leave clear space around the blades, away from walls, shelves and tall furniture, and center it over the seating area or the bed so the airflow reaches people.
