Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
How does the reversible design work?

What size tapers fit?
The taper cup fits candles between 0.75 and 1.1 inches across. Measure your tapers before buying candles, since a thinner one will lean in the cup.
Which color should I choose?
Clear suits any setting, gray and black feel modern, amber is warm and vintage, and pink, green, light green and rainbow add a playful splash of color to a table.

Customer Reviews
QHow does the reversible design work?
NORA FURNISH
Each holder takes a taper in one end and a tealight in the other. Turn it over to switch, so one set of three covers both kinds of evening without buying a second set.
QWhat size tapers fit?
NORA FURNISH
The taper cup fits candles between 0.75 and 1.1 inches across. Measure your tapers before buying candles, since a thinner one will lean in the cup.
QWhich color should I choose?
NORA FURNISH
Clear suits any setting, gray and black feel modern, amber is warm and vintage, and pink, green, light green and rainbow add a playful splash of color to a table.
QHow many holders come in a set?
NORA FURNISH
Three holders in the color you select. Each is 1.97 inches tall and 2.6 inches wide, and each works two ways up, for a taper or a tealight.
QWhat is it made of?
NORA FURNISH
Ribbed glass. Slight color variation between screens and the finished product is normal, and the tinted glass gives the candlelight a gentle glow in the color you choose.
QWhat colors are available?
NORA FURNISH
Eight: clear, gray, black, amber, pink, green, light green and rainbow. Each color comes as a set of three holders, so you can match a table, a season or a room.
QCan I use a tealight?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. Turn the holder over and the other end holds a tealight. It is an easy way to switch from a formal taper dinner to a relaxed, low glow.
QWhy does my taper lean?
NORA FURNISH
It is probably thinner than 0.75 inches. The taper cup fits candles between 0.75 and 1.1 inches across, so measure your tapers and choose ones within that range.
QHow do I clean them?
NORA FURNISH
Let the glass cool, lift out any set wax, then wash by hand in warm water and dry with a soft cloth. Keep them out of the dishwasher.
QCan I mix tapers and tealights?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. Two holders with tapers and one with a tealight make a group with varied heights, all in matching glass, which looks relaxed and considered.
