Customer Reviews
QHow big is the tray?
NORA FURNISH
It measures 11.8 inches long, 7.9 inches wide and 1.4 inches tall. That is shallow by design, sized for keys, a watch, glasses and loose change rather than bulky items.
QIs it real leather?
NORA FURNISH
No. It is faux leather over a rigid frame, with a woven texture base. The rigid frame keeps the tray holding its shape when it is picked up or moved.
QWhich colors can I choose?
NORA FURNISH
It comes in brown, wine red and black. One tray is included in the color you select, and tone can vary slightly between batches.
QWhat is the tray made of?
NORA FURNISH
It is faux leather over a rigid frame, with a woven texture base. Slight color variation between batches is normal, so tones can differ a little from order to order.
QWill my keys slide around in it?
NORA FURNISH
The woven base has enough grip that small items do not slide when the tray is nudged. The raised edge also keeps a ring or a coin from rolling off the table.
QIs it deep enough for a wallet and phone?
NORA FURNISH
It is 1.4 inches tall and 11.8 by 7.9 inches across, so a wallet, a phone and keys can lie flat inside. It is shallow by design, so bulky items will not fit well.
QHow do I clean a spill?
NORA FURNISH
Blot spills straight away rather than rubbing them in, then wipe with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth. Keep the tray out of standing water so the faux leather stays in good condition.
QWill the color fade?
NORA FURNISH
Keep the tray out of direct sunlight so the faux leather does not fade. A console or nightstand away from a bright window keeps the color even.
QCan I use it as a serving tray?
NORA FURNISH
It is designed as a catch tray for keys, a watch, glasses and loose change rather than for food or drinks. A wooden serving tray is a better choice for carrying a meal.
QWhere should I put it?
NORA FURNISH
Set it where you pass on the way in, such as an entry console near the door, or on a nightstand beside a lamp. A catch tray only works when it sits in your path.
