Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
Pendant or wall light, what is the difference?
The pendant hangs from a ceiling canopy on a cord that adjusts up to 47.2 inches. The wall light mounts on a black arm with the same woven shade.
Can it stay outside?
Yes. The rattan is treated against corrosion and the fixture is rated IP65, so it suits covered patios, pergolas and gardens.
Is a bulb included?
Yes. A 12W warm white LED bulb comes with it and fits the E27 socket.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
