Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.

Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.
How do I reach you?

What's included and how to set it up
In the box
- One wall sconce is included in the wood finish you select, log color or walnut color.
Light and power
- Bulb not included, so choose a warm bulb, since the stone style shade is meant to glow warm rather than throw a bright beam.
- It plugs into an outlet rather than being wired in, which means it can go up in a rented room and come down again.
Good to know
- The shade is 3.9 inches across and 4.7 inches tall in a stone textured finish, on a wood arm that projects 7.9 inches from the wall, so allow that clearance beside a bed or in a corridor where people pass.
- The texture varies slightly from piece to piece.
- Mount it at about shoulder height when sitting up in bed, and route the cord where it will not be pulled.
- Dust the shade with a soft dry brush rather than a damp cloth.
- Decorative accessories and items shown in product photos are not included with purchase.
