Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
Which height should I choose?
Match it to the wall and the door. The 31.5 inch size suits a standard entrance, while the 39.4 and 47.2 inch sizes read well beside a door with a tall surround or a double height entrance.
Is the face real marble?
No. It is an imitation marble face on a black stainless steel body. When it is lit, the panel glows softly like alabaster, which is where the look comes from.
How far does it stand off the wall?
Every height is 3.2 inches wide and 5.9 inches deep, so allow for that projection beside a door or a path where people pass close to the wall.
Is the marble real stone?
It is an imitation marble panel over a stainless steel body, not real stone, which keeps the fixture light enough for a standard wall fixing and stops it from staining outdoors.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
Can I order it in another size or finish?
Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.
How do I reach you?
Email info@norafurnish.com. The team works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), and replies within 1 to 2 business days.

NORA FURNISH
It is stainless steel with an imitation marble face, finished in black. The housing is sealed to an IP65 rating, and colors can vary slightly between screens and production batches.
QDoes it need bulbs?
NORA FURNISH
No. The LED is integrated, so there are no bulbs to buy and none to replace. It lights the marble look face from within once it is wired in.
QWhat comes in the box?
NORA FURNISH
One wall light with its mounting plate, a packet of screws and an installation instruction sheet, built to the height you select. Sets ship the same fixture in your quantity, each with its own fixings.
QHow is it installed?
NORA FURNISH
It is hardwired, so turn the power off at the breaker and have an electrician make the connection. Mark the holes from the plate, drill and plug the wall, and seat it so the gasket sits flat.
QWhat light color does it give?
NORA FURNISH
The light color is not listed for this fixture. If matching a specific warm or cool white matters, email info@norafurnish.com before ordering and the team can confirm the details.
QIs it suitable for an exposed wall?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. It is sealed to IP65 against dust and water. On an exposed wall, check the fixings once a year and dry the housing if it gets wet so the finish is not marked.
QShould I buy a pair?
NORA FURNISH
A pair either side of a front door frames the entrance and suits the tall shape well. Mount both at exactly the same height so the tops line up.
