Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
How does the color switch work?
Turn the wall switch off and on to step between 3000K warm, 4000K neutral and 6000K cool white. It changes the color of the light, not the brightness.
How many globes should I choose?
Three globes suit a bar counter or a small island, four give a fuller look, and six fill out a long dining table. All three are 39.4 inches wide.
Are the bulbs included?
Yes. The G9 LED bulbs are included, 5W each, along with the adjustable hanging rod and the ceiling canopy, ready to hang once an electrician wires it.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
Can I order it in another size or finish?
Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.
How do I reach you?
Email info@norafurnish.com. The team works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), and replies within 1 to 2 business days.
