Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
Which light option should I choose?
Warm white 3000K gives a steady, cozy glow. The 3 color switch steps through 3000K, 4500K and 6000K with the wall switch, and the dimmable version sets brightness and color by remote.
Silver or rose gold?
Silver suits cool, modern rooms with gray, white or black finishes. Rose gold adds a warm, blush toned glow that flatters dining rooms, bars and glam interiors.
How long is it?
The bar is 58.3 inches long and 13.4 inches high, with a 24.8 inch canopy, and it hangs up to 47.2 inches overall, suiting a long table or island.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
