Materials
- Made from stainless steel with a cognac finish and crystal.
- The shades have a warm cognac tone and are surrounded by strands of crystal beads.
- Slight variation in color and finish between units is normal.
Care
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
- For the crystal, spray a little glass cleaner onto the cloth, never onto the fixture, and polish gently.
- Crystal strands can be unhooked and washed by hand, then dried fully before rehanging.
- Dry the metal parts fully after cleaning.
- Switch the power off and let the bulbs cool before cleaning.

Yes. The shades hang at staggered heights to fill a tall stairwell or lobby with light.

It is hardwired to a ceiling junction box. It is heavy, so the ceiling support must be rated for its weight. Have it installed by a licensed electrician.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
