Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
Which style should I choose?
The style sets both the reach and the number of heads. Single head versions reach 19.69, 23.62 or 31.50 inches, and the double head version reaches 47.2 inches with two lights that can be aimed separately from one fixing point.
Is a bulb included?
Yes. Each light comes with an E27 LED bulb that switches between warm white, neutral and cool light through the wall switch. Brightness itself is not dimmable, so the light should not be fitted to a dimmer.
What comes in a set?
What ships depends on the set you select: a single light, or a set of two, four, six or eight, all in the finish and style you choose. Sets suit anyone fitting out several rooms or a row of desks at once.
Does this plug into an outlet or does it hardwire?
It is hardwired rather than plug in, so it should be fitted by an electrician with the power off at the breaker. It comes with an E27 LED bulb and its own mounting hardware.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
Can I order it in another size or finish?
Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.
How do I reach you?
Email info@norafurnish.com. The team works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), and replies within 1 to 2 business days.

Customer Reviews
QWhich style should I choose?
NORA FURNISH
The style sets both the reach and the number of heads. Single head versions reach 19.69, 23.62 or 31.50 inches, and the double head version reaches 47.2 inches with two lights that can be aimed separately from one fixing point.
QIs a bulb included?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. Each light comes with an E27 LED bulb that switches between warm white, neutral and cool light through the wall switch. Brightness itself is not dimmable, so the light should not be fitted to a dimmer.
QWhat comes in a set?
NORA FURNISH
What ships depends on the set you select: a single light, or a set of two, four, six or eight, all in the finish and style you choose. Sets suit anyone fitting out several rooms or a row of desks at once.
QHow far does each arm reach?
NORA FURNISH
The single head versions reach 19.69, 23.62 or 31.50 inches, and the double head version reaches 47.2 inches. All versions are 7.87 inches wide and 15.75 inches high, so only the reach and head count change.
QHow much does it weigh?
NORA FURNISH
Weight is 6.61 lb on the shortest arm, 7.72 lb on the middle arm and 8.82 lb on the longest single arm. Fix it into a stud or strong anchors so the arm stays steady.
QCan the double head cover both sides of a bed?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. The double head version puts two independently aimed lights on one fixing point. Mount it centered above the headboard so each light reaches one side of the bed. Each person can then aim their own light.
QIs it dimmable?
NORA FURNISH
No. The included bulb switches between warm white, neutral and cool light through the wall switch, but brightness itself is not dimmable. The light should not be fitted to a dimmer.
QWhat is it made of?
NORA FURNISH
The frame is iron treated against rust, with a shade in a black, walnut or wood finish. Wood grain and finish vary slightly between pieces, which gives each light its own character.
QIs it hardwired?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. It should be fitted by an electrician with the power off at the breaker. Each light comes with its mounting hardware and an E27 LED bulb, so it is ready once connected.
QDoes the arm hold its position?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. Both joints and the head angle are set by hand and hold their position. The arm can reach out over a desk or a pillow and fold back to a flat line on the wall.
