Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
Down only or up and down?
Choose down only for a clean pool of light at your feet, beside a door or above a step. Choose up and down to light the wall above and below the fixture for more character.
How do the one light and six light versions differ in size?
The one light version is 3.4 inches wide, 5.9 inches deep and 3.7 inches high. The six light version is 3.4 inches wide, 7.9 inches deep and 4.1 inches high.
Can I change the options after ordering?
No. Each light is built to the lighting direction and number of lights you select, and multipack options cannot be changed after the order is placed, so confirm them before checkout.
Which is brighter, the single light or the 6 light?
The 6 light version reaches further and pushes light deeper into a dark yard, while the single light is wider and softer up close.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
Can I order it in another size or finish?
Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.
How do I reach you?

Customer Reviews
QDown only or up and down?
NORA FURNISH
Choose down only for a clean pool of light at your feet, beside a door or above a step. Choose up and down to light the wall above and below the fixture for more character.
QHow do the one light and six light versions differ in size?
NORA FURNISH
The one light version is 3.4 inches wide, 5.9 inches deep and 3.7 inches high. The six light version is 3.4 inches wide, 7.9 inches deep and 4.1 inches high.
QCan I change the options after ordering?
NORA FURNISH
No. Each light is built to the lighting direction and number of lights you select, and multipack options cannot be changed after the order is placed, so confirm them before checkout.
QWhat is it made of?
NORA FURNISH
The body is aluminum alloy with a glass shade, finished in black. The housing is sealed to IP65 against dust and water. Colors can vary slightly between screens and production batches.
QDoes it need bulbs?
NORA FURNISH
No. The LED is integrated in both the one light and six light versions, so there are no bulbs to buy and none to replace later on an outside wall.
QIs it weatherproof?
NORA FURNISH
The housing is sealed to IP65 against dust and water. Seat the fixture so the gasket sits flat against the wall, and dry the housing if it gets wet so the finish is not marked.
QWhich version suits a front door?
NORA FURNISH
A down only light either side of the door lights the step and threshold clearly. If you want the entrance to look more dramatic, the up and down version lights the wall as well.
QCan I use both directions on one house?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. Many homes use down only lights at doors and steps and up and down lights on the main walls. The body is the same, so the two versions sit comfortably together.
QWhat comes in the box?
NORA FURNISH
Each order includes one wall light with its mounting plate, a packet of screws and an installation instruction sheet, built to the lighting direction and number of lights you select.
QHow is it installed?
NORA FURNISH
Turn the power off at the breaker and have an electrician make the connection. Mark the holes from the plate, drill and plug the wall, then seat the fixture so the gasket sits flat.
