Why This Is Special
A plain lit ring is one of the few shapes that works over a round table, a square table and an island without looking borrowed from somewhere else. This one is a single curved strip rather than a tube, so it reads as a thin line from the side and a broad band of light from below, which is a lot less bulk on the ceiling than the diameter suggests. The LED is full spectrum, so colours in the room hold up under it instead of going flat the way they do under a cheap warm white. Gold or black decides whether it warms into the room or draws a line across it.
Made from a curved metal strip in a gold or black finish, carrying an integrated full spectrum LED board behind a diffuser. The LED is built in, so there is no bulb to fit or replace. The depth of the plated finish may vary slightly between batches.
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Wipe along the curve of the strip rather than across it, so the cloth does not catch the edge of the diffuser. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners on the plated finish. Switch the power off at the breaker before cleaning, and let the fixture cool first.
One ring chandelier is included in the size and finish you select, along with the ceiling plate, the suspension and the mounting hardware. No bulbs are needed or supplied, because the full spectrum LED is built into the strip. It is hardwired to a ceiling point rather than plugged in, so turn the power off at the breaker before starting and have an electrician make the connection. Choose the diameter against what it hangs over rather than the room as a whole: the ring should be narrower than the table beneath it, so the 39.4 inch size wants a table of at least four feet. Set the suspension length before tightening, and over a table leave about 30 to 36 inches between the tabletop and the ring.
