Common Questions

Answered by the Nora Furnish team

About this piece

Which light color should I choose?

Warm White and Yellow Light give a warmer, more welcoming tone that suits brick, wood and most homes. White gives a crisper, brighter look that suits modern facades, concrete and cool gray stone.

How big is it?

It is 4.41 inches wide, 5.91 inches deep and 3.54 inches tall, and weighs 1.76 lb, so it sits neatly on a wall, on a narrow column or right beside a door frame.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is a hardwired fixture, so it connects to your home's wiring. An electrician should install it with the power switched off at the breaker, especially when fitting a long row.

Can I use LED bulbs with this fixture?

Absolutely, we actually recommend LED bulbs. They run cooler, last longer, and consume far less energy than incandescent. Just stay at or below the max wattage listed on the fixture.

What is the return policy if I don't like it?

We offer a 30-day return window on most items. The fixture must be unused and in original packaging. Please reach out to us before shipping anything back and we'll provide the return label or instructions.

Is there a warranty on this light?

No separate warranty is listed for this light. For damaged or faulty items, see Shipping & Returns on this page, or email info@norafurnish.com.

Will the wood/natural material warp or discolor over time?

Our wood and rattan fixtures are treated to resist normal humidity levels in interior spaces. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight for extended periods or in rooms with very high humidity (like an un-ventilated bathroom). With reasonable care they maintain their appearance for years.

What voltage does this fixture run on? Is it compatible with US 110V?

Yes, all of our fixtures are rated for standard US 110 to 120V. They are not dual-voltage unless the listing specifically states that.

How long is the included hanging cord or chain?

It does not hang on a cord, chain or rod, so there is no drop to set. The full measurements are in the Specifications section on this page.

Shipping, returns and help

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?

Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Do I need an electrician?

Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.

Can I order it in another size or finish?

Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.

How do I reach you?

Email info@norafurnish.com. The team works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), and replies within 1 to 2 business days.

NORA FURNISH

Warm White and Yellow Light give a warmer, more welcoming tone that suits brick, wood and most homes. White gives a crisper, brighter look that suits modern facades, concrete and cool gray stone.

QHow big is it?

NORA FURNISH

It is 4.41 inches wide, 5.91 inches deep and 3.54 inches tall, and weighs 1.76 lb, so it sits neatly on a wall, on a narrow column or right beside a door frame.

QDoes it need an electrician?

NORA FURNISH

Yes. It is a hardwired fixture, so it connects to your home's wiring. An electrician should install it with the power switched off at the breaker, especially when fitting a long row.

QWhat are the measurements?

NORA FURNISH

It is 4.41 inches wide, 5.91 inches deep and 3.54 inches tall, and it weighs 1.76 lb, so it sits neatly beside a door, on a column or along a facade.

QWhat is it made of?

NORA FURNISH

It is made from aluminum and glass. Slight variation in color and finish between units is normal on this kind of outdoor fixture, and all required mounting hardware is included.

QWhat light colors are there?

NORA FURNISH

Three: White, Yellow Light and Warm White. The listing gives color temperature ranges of 2700K to 3999K, 4000K to 4999K and 5000K to 6500K across the options.

QDoes it send light up and down?

NORA FURNISH

Yes. It has two heads, so it sends beams of light along the wall in both directions and draws a strong vertical accent on a facade, a column or a wall.

QIs it hardwired?

NORA FURNISH

Yes. It connects to your home's wiring, so an electrician should install it with the power switched off at the breaker. It then switches with your other exterior lights.

QHow many can I order?

NORA FURNISH

It is sold singly or in sets of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 15, 20 or 30, so a pair by the door or a long row along a facade arrives matched.

QHow should I space them?

NORA FURNISH

Mount them at the same height and space them evenly along the wall. A steady interval turns the beams into a deliberate pattern that looks designed from the street.
