Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
Warm white or white?
Warm white suits a softer entry and feels welcoming on brick and timber. White is the pick where you want the path genuinely bright, and it suits modern render and concrete.
How big is it?
It is 9.5 inches high, 3.2 inches wide and 5.1 inches deep, a compact block that sits neatly beside a door or along a wall.
Is the light even?
Yes. The 12W LED sits behind a PC face, so the output is even from top to bottom rather than bright at one end and dim at the other.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
Can I order it in another size or finish?
Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.
How do I reach you?
Email info@norafurnish.com. The team works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), and replies within 1 to 2 business days.

Customer Reviews
QWarm white or white?
NORA FURNISH
Warm white suits a softer entry and feels welcoming on brick and timber. White is the pick where you want the path genuinely bright, and it suits modern render and concrete.
QHow big is it?
NORA FURNISH
It is 9.5 inches high, 3.2 inches wide and 5.1 inches deep, a compact block that sits neatly beside a door or along a wall.
QIs the light even?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. The 12W LED sits behind a PC face, so the output is even from top to bottom rather than bright at one end and dim at the other.
QWhat is it made of?
NORA FURNISH
It is aluminum alloy with a PC diffuser, finished in black and sealed to an IP65 rating. Colors can vary slightly between screens and production batches.
QDoes it need a bulb?
NORA FURNISH
No. The 12W LED is integrated, so there are no bulbs to buy and none to replace, and the PC face spreads its light evenly from top to bottom.
QWhat comes in the box?
NORA FURNISH
One wall light with its mounting plate, a packet of screws and an installation instruction sheet, built to the light color you select. Sets ship the same fixture in your quantity, each with its own fixings.
QHow is it installed?
NORA FURNISH
It is hardwired, so turn the power off at the breaker and have an electrician make the connection. Mark the holes from the plate, drill and plug the wall, and seat it so the gasket sits flat.
QCan I line several up?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. On a garage or a long wall, space several evenly at the same height so the blocks read as a pattern. It comes singly or in sets of 2, 4, 6 or 8.
QIs it suitable for an exposed wall?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. It is sealed to IP65 against dust and water. On an exposed wall, check the fixings once a year and dry the housing if it gets wet so the finish is not marked.
QHow far does it project?
NORA FURNISH
It is 5.1 inches deep, so allow for that beside a narrow path where people pass close to the wall. It is 3.2 inches wide and 9.5 inches high.
