Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
Which size should I choose?
The small pendant is 11.81 inches across and 6.30 inches high, the large pendant is 15.75 inches across and 9.45 inches high, and the wall lamp is 12.60 inches wide and 10.24 inches high. Pendants suit porches and tables; the wall lamp suits a door.
Beige or Coffee?
Beige is light and natural, and suits white walls, pale wood and coastal or boho spaces. Coffee is deeper and richer, and suits brick, dark wood and farmhouse porches. Slight variation between units is normal with rattan.
Can it hang in the open?
It is best under a roof, such as a covered porch or a pergola with cover. The care guidance says to keep it away from prolonged standing water, so a sheltered spot keeps the rattan looking its best.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
Can I order it in another size or finish?
Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.
How do I reach you?
Email info@norafurnish.com. The team works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), and replies within 1 to 2 business days.

Customer Reviews
QWhich size should I choose?
NORA FURNISH
The small pendant is 11.81 inches across and 6.30 inches high, the large pendant is 15.75 inches across and 9.45 inches high, and the wall lamp is 12.60 inches wide and 10.24 inches high. Pendants suit porches and tables; the wall lamp suits a door.
QBeige or Coffee?
NORA FURNISH
Beige is light and natural, and suits white walls, pale wood and coastal or boho spaces. Coffee is deeper and richer, and suits brick, dark wood and farmhouse porches. Slight variation between units is normal with rattan.
QCan it hang in the open?
NORA FURNISH
It is best under a roof, such as a covered porch or a pergola with cover. The care guidance says to keep it away from prolonged standing water, so a sheltered spot keeps the rattan looking its best.
QWhat is the lantern made of?
NORA FURNISH
It is made from woven rattan, which filters the light into a warm glow. Because rattan is natural, slight variation in color and finish between units is normal on this kind of fixture.
QHow big is the large pendant?
NORA FURNISH
The large pendant measures 15.75 inches wide and deep and 9.45 inches high. It suits a dining table or a spacious porch where a bigger lantern has room to be seen.
QHow big is the wall lamp?
NORA FURNISH
The wall lamp measures 12.60 inches wide, 12.99 inches deep and 10.24 inches high. It brings the same rattan look to the wall beside a door or along a covered walkway.
QWhat color is the light?
NORA FURNISH
The color temperature is listed as 2700K 3999K, from warm white to a soft neutral white. Through the rattan weave, the light looks especially warm and cozy.
QHow is it installed?
NORA FURNISH
It is wired in, so turn the power off at the breaker and have an electrician fit it. For pendants, set the hanging height so the lantern clears heads; for the wall lamp, mount it beside the door.
QCan it go over an outdoor dining table?
NORA FURNISH
Yes, and it is one of the best places for it. Hang two or three pendants over the table, high enough to clear heads, so the table is lit with a warm glow for dinner.
QHow do I clean the rattan?
NORA FURNISH
Switch it off and let it cool, then wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. A soft brush helps lift dust from between the strands. Keep it away from prolonged standing water.
