About the Moselle
Key Features
- Tempered glass lens stays clear
- Single sealed body, no top seam
- Warm 3000K light
- Just over 2 lb, holds its aim
- Gray aluminum, sets of up to 10
A tempered glass lens rather than plastic is what keeps the beam clean after a few seasons, since plastic hazes and yellows in sunlight. The body is a single sealed piece, so there is no seam along the top for water to sit in. At just over two pounds it stays where it is aimed instead of being nudged by wind or a hose. Warm light at 3000K keeps planting and brickwork looking natural rather than clinical.

Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
Will it stay where I aim it?
Yes. The head aims by hand and holds its angle, and at 2.05 lb the light is heavy enough to stay put instead of being nudged by wind, a hose or a passing pet. Set the angle after dark for the best result.
What color is the light?
The built in LED gives warm light at 3000K. Warm light keeps leaves, flowers and brickwork looking natural after dark, rather than giving them the cold, clinical cast of a cool white light.
Does it need an electrician?
Yes. It is hardwired and should be fitted by an electrician with the power off at the breaker, with the cable run in suitable outdoor conduit. Each light comes with its own ground stake.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
Can I order it in another size or finish?
Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.
How do I reach you?
Email info@norafurnish.com. The team works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), and replies within 1 to 2 business days.

Customer Reviews
QWill it stay where I aim it?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. The head aims by hand and holds its angle, and at 2.05 lb the light is heavy enough to stay put instead of being nudged by wind, a hose or a passing pet. Set the angle after dark for the best result.
QWhat color is the light?
NORA FURNISH
The built in LED gives warm light at 3000K. Warm light keeps leaves, flowers and brickwork looking natural after dark, rather than giving them the cold, clinical cast of a cool white light.
QDoes it need an electrician?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. It is hardwired and should be fitted by an electrician with the power off at the breaker, with the cable run in suitable outdoor conduit. Each light comes with its own ground stake.
QWhat is it made of?
NORA FURNISH
The body is aluminum with a gray finish, on a plastic ground base, with a transparent tempered glass lens. Slight variation in finish between pieces is normal, and the gray tone blends into planting and stone.
QHow big is it?
NORA FURNISH
Each light is 4.72 inches wide, 4.25 inches deep and 15.75 inches high, and weighs 2.05 lb. That height lifts the head above low planting so the beam reaches the feature cleanly.
QIs it weatherproof?
NORA FURNISH
It is fully sealed to IP65 against dust and rain, and the body is a single sealed piece with no seam along the top for water to sit in. Wipe the lens now and then to keep the beam clear.
QWhy tempered glass instead of plastic?
NORA FURNISH
A tempered glass lens keeps the beam clean and crisp outdoors. A clear lens decides how sharp and bright the light looks on the tree, shrub or wall you are lighting.
QDoes it need a bulb?
NORA FURNISH
No. The LED is built in and gives warm light at 3000K, so there is no separate bulb to buy and none to replace later. That keeps upkeep simple for a light set in a bed.
QHow is it installed?
NORA FURNISH
Each light comes with its ground stake. It is hardwired and should be fitted by an electrician with the power off at the breaker, with the cable run in suitable outdoor conduit.
QHow do I light a tree with it?
NORA FURNISH
Place the stake a little way from the trunk and aim the head up into the canopy. For a large tree, use two lights on different sides, and fine tune the angle after dark.
