Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
How big is it?
It is 39 inches in diameter with a 30 inch drop. That wide spread fills a stairwell or a large entry, while the staggered globes keep it feeling light rather than bulky.
Is it heavy?
No. It weighs only 6.61 lb, which is remarkably light for its spread, so the ceiling fixing is far simpler than for a crystal piece of the same size. It should still be fixed to a joist or a suitable anchor.
Black or gold?
Black reads as a graphic outline against a pale wall and suits modern spaces. Gold warms a darker hall and suits rooms with brass, wood or warm neutral tones.
Does the mounting hardware come with it?
Your chandelier ships complete in the finish you choose, with the globes set up during assembly. It is light for its size, but it still needs to be fixed to a joist or a suitable anchor and installed by an electrician with the power off at the breaker.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
Can I order it in another size or finish?
Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.
How do I reach you?
Email info@norafurnish.com. The team works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), and replies within 1 to 2 business days.
