Why This Is Special
At 43 inches this is a low floor lamp, which is right beside an armchair where a five foot lamp would shine down onto the top of your head instead of onto the page. Dimming matters more on a reading lamp than anywhere else, since the light needed for a book at night is not the light needed at dusk. At 7.5 lb it moves between chairs easily. The head tilts by hand and stays where it is put.

Made from metal in a black or white finish with an integrated LED. Slight variation in finish between pieces is normal.
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the painted finish. Switch the lamp off and unplug it before cleaning.
What ships depends on the set you select, in the finish you choose. The LED is built in and dimmable from the lamp itself, so no separate bulb is bought and none is replaced later. The head tilts by hand and holds its angle. It plugs into an ordinary outlet, so no wiring work is needed. It is lighter than most floor lamps, so site the base where it will not be knocked. Decorative accessories and items shown in product photos are not included with purchase.
