Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
Black or white?
Choose black for a crisp square against pale render or light siding. Choose white to blend into a pale wall, so the fixture almost disappears and only the two beams of light are noticed.
How big is it?
It measures 3.9 inches wide, 3.9 inches deep and 3.9 inches high, the same in both colors, as listed in the Dimensions section. The compact cube suits doors and windows.
What is its weather rating?
The housing is sealed to IP54 against dust and water. Seat the fixture so the gasket sits flat, and dry the housing if it gets wet so the finish is not marked.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
Can I order it in another size or finish?
Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.

QWhat is it made of?
NORA FURNISH
The body is aluminum alloy with a glass shade, offered in black and white. The housing is sealed to IP54 against dust and water, and colors can vary slightly between screens and production batches.
QDoes it need bulbs?
NORA FURNISH
No. The LED is integrated, so there are no bulbs to buy and none to replace. That keeps upkeep simple on a small fixture mounted on an outside wall.
QAre both colors the same size?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. The black and the white versions both measure 3.9 inches wide, 3.9 inches deep and 3.9 inches high, so you can mix them on different walls of the same house.
QWhat comes in the box?
NORA FURNISH
Each order includes one wall light with its mounting plate, a packet of screws and an installation instruction sheet, built to the finish you select. Multipacks include fixings for every light.
QHow is it installed?
NORA FURNISH
It is hardwired, so turn the power off at the breaker and have an electrician make the connection. Mark the holes from the plate, drill and plug the wall, then seat the fixture.
QHow do I clean the glass?
NORA FURNISH
Turn the power off at the breaker first. The glass shade cleans with mild soapy water and a soft cloth, and the housing with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive pads.
QWhat style of home does it suit?
NORA FURNISH
Its minimal square form suits modern homes especially well, echoing window frames and cladding, but a black or white cube also sits comfortably on traditional brick.
