About this piece

Which width suits my table?

Measure the table first. The 39 inch version suits compact dining tables and short islands, while the 47 inch version suits longer tables. Most people choose a light a little shorter than the surface below it.

Which finish should I choose?

Match the other metals in the room. Black suits modern and industrial kitchens, gold warms up a neutral dining room, and chrome sits well with stainless steel appliances and cool gray tones.

Can it be dimmed?

Only the Dimmable version dims, adjusting from 3000K to 6000K. The warm white version runs from 2700K to 3999K and the white version from 5000K to 6500K.

Can one person install this or do I need a helper?

Yes, most pendants and small chandeliers can be installed solo, though a second set of hands always helps when holding the fixture while connecting wires. For larger chandeliers or heavy ceiling fixtures we recommend having a helper for safety.

Can the cord/chain length be adjusted?

Yes, the rod segments or chain links can be shortened at installation. The listing shows the maximum hanging length in the Specifications section on this page. You remove links or cut the cord to your desired drop, so it works with most ceiling heights.

What material is the shade/frame made from?

Material details are listed in the Specifications section on this page. Most of our shades are metal, glass, or fabric depending on the style. If you need specific composition details, email info@norafurnish.com and we will confirm.

Is this compatible with smart bulbs like Philips Hue?

Yes, as long as the bulb base matches and stays within the max wattage, you can use Philips Hue, LIFX, or any other smart bulb. Just keep the fixture switch ON and control the bulb through its app for best results.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Do I need an electrician?

Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
