Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
Is the remote included?
Yes. A remote control comes in the box. It dims the brightness and sets the light color anywhere from warm 3000K to cool 6000K, so you can change the mood without getting up.
Which finish should I choose?
Choose black for a graphic outline, silver to match chrome or stainless steel, or gold to pick up brass taps and warm timber. All three are electroplated aluminum with the same acrylic diffuser.
Will it fit over my table?
It measures 36.2 inches long and 6.7 inches wide, with an overall height up to 39.4 inches including the adjustable suspension. That suits a standard dining table, a kitchen island or a desk.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
Can I order it in another size or finish?
Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.
How do I reach you?
Email info@norafurnish.com. The team works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), and replies within 1 to 2 business days.

Customer Reviews
QIs the remote included?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. A remote control comes in the box. It dims the brightness and sets the light color anywhere from warm 3000K to cool 6000K, so you can change the mood without getting up.
QWhich finish should I choose?
NORA FURNISH
Choose black for a graphic outline, silver to match chrome or stainless steel, or gold to pick up brass taps and warm timber. All three are electroplated aluminum with the same acrylic diffuser.
QWill it fit over my table?
NORA FURNISH
It measures 36.2 inches long and 6.7 inches wide, with an overall height up to 39.4 inches including the adjustable suspension. That suits a standard dining table, a kitchen island or a desk.
QIs it bright enough for a kitchen island?
NORA FURNISH
Yes for most kitchens. The integrated LED runs at 84W total, and the listing puts the lit area at roughly 108 to 161 square feet. The remote lets you turn it up for prep and down for serving.
QWhat is it made of?
NORA FURNISH
It is made from electroplated aluminum with an acrylic diffuser, in black, silver or gold. Slight variations in finish between units are normal, so the plating may look a touch different in person.
QHow does the remote change the light?
NORA FURNISH
The remote dims the brightness and sets the color anywhere from warm 3000K to cool 6000K. That lets one fixture give clear light for cooking or work and a softer, warmer glow for dinner.
QDoes it need bulbs?
NORA FURNISH
No. The LED is integrated behind the acrylic diffuser along both ribbons, so there are no bulbs to buy or change, and the light stays an even, continuous line along the wave.
QHow high does it hang?
NORA FURNISH
The overall height reaches up to 39.4 inches including the adjustable suspension, so you can bring it down over a table or keep it closer to the ceiling in a room with a lower ceiling.
QCan I hang two over a long island?
NORA FURNISH
Yes. Two pendants hung in a line over a long island keep the wave running from end to end. Keep the drop and the remote settings the same on both so they read as one design.
QHow is it installed?
NORA FURNISH
It is hardwired on 110V, so a licensed electrician is recommended. Turn the power off at the breaker, fit the canopy to the ceiling box, then set the height with the adjustable suspension kit.
