Common Questions
Answered by the Nora Furnish team
About this piece
Is the remote included?
Only with the dimmable version. That version adds a remote that sets the brightness and the color from warm 3000K to cool 6000K. The warm white and cool white versions run from the wall switch.
Which length should I choose?
The 33.5 inch length suits a breakfast nook, a small table or a compact island. The 49.2 inch length covers a longer dining table or island. Both are 3.9 inches wide.
Will white look right in my kitchen?
White suits a Scandinavian kitchen or a bright dining room with pale walls and light wood, where a black fixture would look heavy. The branch shape keeps it soft rather than stark.
Shipping, returns and help
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add 2 items to your cart and you save 10%, add 3 or more and you save 15%. It applies automatically, no code needed, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
Can I order it in another size or finish?
Every size and finish available is listed in the options above. For help finding the closest match in the catalog, email info@norafurnish.com.
How do I reach you?
Email info@norafurnish.com. The team works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), and replies within 1 to 2 business days.

Customer Reviews
QIs the remote included?
NORA FURNISH
Only with the dimmable version. That version adds a remote that sets the brightness and the color from warm 3000K to cool 6000K. The warm white and cool white versions run from the wall switch.
QWhich length should I choose?
NORA FURNISH
The 33.5 inch length suits a breakfast nook, a small table or a compact island. The 49.2 inch length covers a longer dining table or island. Both are 3.9 inches wide.
QWill white look right in my kitchen?
NORA FURNISH
White suits a Scandinavian kitchen or a bright dining room with pale walls and light wood, where a black fixture would look heavy. The branch shape keeps it soft rather than stark.
QIs it bright enough for a kitchen island?
NORA FURNISH
For most islands, yes. The listing puts the lit area at roughly 86 to 193 square feet depending on the length. In a large open plan kitchen, pair it with recessed lights for general brightness.
QWhat is it made of?
NORA FURNISH
It is made from rust resistant iron with a white finish and an acrylic diffuser. Slight variations in finish between units are normal, so the white may look a touch warmer or cooler in person.
QHow much power does it use?
NORA FURNISH
The integrated LED uses 15W or 21W depending on the length you choose, which is very little for a fixture of this size. It is hardwired to a standard 110V supply.
QCan I dim it?
NORA FURNISH
Only the dimmable version. It adds a remote that sets the brightness and the color from 3000K to 6000K. The warm white 3000K and cool white 6000K versions each have a fixed light color.
QDoes it need bulbs?
NORA FURNISH
No. The LED is integrated behind the acrylic diffuser as small points of light along the branch, so there are no bulbs to buy or change. The light follows the curve of the branch from end to end.
QHow low can it hang?
NORA FURNISH
The overall height reaches up to 39.4 inches including the adjustable suspension, so you can bring it down over an island or keep it closer to a standard ceiling in a smaller kitchen.
QHow is it installed?
NORA FURNISH
It is hardwired on 110V, so a licensed electrician is recommended. Turn the power off at the breaker, fit the canopy to the ceiling box, then set the drop with the adjustable suspension kit.
