How is it installed?
It mounts to an exterior wall over a junction box and is hardwired on 110V. A licensed electrician should connect it.

No. The LED shines through the stone look shade, so the light is soft and even.

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
