Materials
- Made from stainless steel and K9 crystal.
- The ceiling plate has a polished stainless steel finish and the strands are clear crystal.
- Slight variation in finish between units is normal.
Care
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
- Switch the power off and let the fixture cool before cleaning.
- Spray glass cleaner onto the cloth, never onto the fixture.
- The crystal strands can be unhooked and washed by hand, then dried fully before rehanging.
- Dry the steel plate fully after cleaning.

Setup
- Mounting the plate mounts directly to the ceiling, with no adjustable cable or chain.
- Installation to a ceiling junction box by a licensed electrician is recommended.

About this piece
Can I adjust how far it hangs?
No. The plate mounts directly to the ceiling and the crystal strands hang at a fixed length.
Can it be dimmed?
The wall switch changes the light between warm, neutral and cool white. It does not dim the brightness, and there is no remote.
How do I clean the crystals?
With the power off, wipe them with a cloth lightly sprayed with glass cleaner, or unhook the strands and wash them by hand.

We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
