Materials
- Made from iron with a gold painted finish and acrylic shades.
- Choose transparent, white or transparent double layer shades.
- Slight variation in color and finish between units is normal on a painted metal fixture.
Care
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
- Dust the shades gently one by one and support each branch as you clean.
- Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners on the acrylic.
- Switch the power off at the wall and let the bulbs cool before cleaning or changing a bulb.

Fragile pieces are packed individually with extra protection. Crystal, glass and stone take an extra day of handling so they travel safely.

About this piece
Are bulbs included?
Yes, unless you choose the bulbs not included option. It uses small G4 LED bulbs, one per shade, in warm white, neutral or white.
Can the hanging height be adjusted?
No. It hangs from a fixed rod, so the overall height stays as listed.
How is it installed?
It hardwires to a standard ceiling junction box and runs from a wall switch. Have it installed by a qualified electrician.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 6 to 9 business days: 1 to 2 business days to prepare and pack your order, then 5 to 7 business days in transit. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships.

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
