This lantern has a scrolled crown and a tall clear glass body, so it looks like a classic carriage lantern sitting on the post. You add your own candle style bulb, which makes the warm glow easy to match to the rest of the house. Solid copper holds up outside and deepens in tone over the years.

About this piece
Is a bulb included?
No. It takes one E14 bulb; a candle shaped LED bulb shows off the clear glass best.
What does it mount on?
It sits on top of a fence post, gate pillar or low wall. Make sure the top of the post is at least as wide as the base.
How is it wired?
It is hardwired on a 110V line and switched from inside. A licensed electrician should connect it.

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
