A narrow aluminum cone puts light exactly where you point it and almost nowhere else, which is ideal for reading while someone next to you sleeps. When it is off, it nearly disappears against the wall. Black, silver and gold cover most bedroom hardware, and three light colors let you choose between warm and crisp. It does one job very well and never gets in the way.
