Hanging the shade from a cord gives it the look of a small pendant without the ceiling work, and it frees up the whole surface of a nightstand. Smoke gray glass takes the hard edge off the bulb so you can sit under it and read comfortably. Copper is heavier and better finished than the plated steel usually found at this size, and it keeps its color. Three light colors mean the same lamp can suit a soft bedroom or a brighter bathroom.

Materials
- Made from copper with a smoke gray glass cylinder shade.
- Available in a black finished copper with gray glass.
- Slight variation in color and finish between units is normal, and the tint of the glass varies a little from piece to piece.
Care
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
- Dry the metal after cleaning so moisture does not mark the finish.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners on the glass shade, which will scratch the surface.
- Switch the power off at the wall and let the bulb cool before you clean or change it.

About this piece
How does it install?
The round backplate screws over a standard wall box and the arm hardwires behind it, run from a wall switch. Mount it high enough that the shade hangs just above the nightstand. Use a qualified electrician.
Where is it best used?
Beside a bed in place of a table lamp, in pairs down a stairwell, or beside a bathroom mirror away from direct spray. Hang it low for reading, higher for general light.
Is a bulb included?
Yes, an E14 bulb is fitted. Pick warm white for bedrooms, neutral for a landing and white where you need the brightest, cleanest light.

Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
