The light falls downward in an even pool, lighting the steps and the door handle where you need it.

It is hardwired at 110V to an outdoor wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. Have the wiring done by a qualified electrician.

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
