How long does it stay lit?
After 5 to 6 hours of sun, each light gives 6 to 9 hours of light from its 800mAh battery.
How is it installed?
There is no wiring. The lights can be placed wire free or fixed in place on the step surface. Choose a spot that gets direct sun during the day.
Can it stay outside all year?
Yes. It is rated IP65, so rain, snow and dust will not stop it working. Keep the panel clean so it charges well in shorter winter days.

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Email info@norafurnish.com before sending anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
