Materials
- Made from aluminum with acrylic diffusers.
- The tubes and canopy are black and the diffusers are white.
- Slight variation in color and finish between units is normal.
Care
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
- Switch the power off and let the tubes cool before cleaning.
- Dust the acrylic gently and avoid solvents or abrasive pads, which can scratch or cloud it.
- Dry the aluminum fully if any moisture touches it.

Is it dimmable?
Yes. The remote adjusts brightness and also moves the color from warm white to cool white.
Which tube length should I choose?
The shorter tubes suit a single height ceiling or a smaller landing. The longer tubes fill more of a tall stairwell or double height room.
Can I change how low it hangs?
Yes. Each hanging cord can be cut shorter during installation.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
