About this piece
Does it need an electrician?
No. It is solar powered, so it only needs to be mounted on a wall that gets direct sun during the day.
How long does it stay lit?
A full charge gives 8 to 12 hours of light, and the motion sensor saves power by switching off when nobody is around.
Can it handle rain?
Yes. It is rated IP54 against splashing water and dust.

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
