Does the clock need wiring?
The backlight is hardwired, so it needs a wall junction box and a licensed electrician. The clock hands run on a battery.
Can I dim the light?
No, the backlight is a single warm setting.
Will mine look like the photo?
It is natural stone, so the veining and tone will be unique to your clock.

How long does delivery take?

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
